  • Personal Assistant to the CEO (m/f/d) - Munich, Germany

    Your Tasks

    Personal Assistance:
    • Perform confidential personal functions including calendaring, preparing expense reports, record keeping, filing, running personal errands and attending to personal business
    • Organization of meetings, travels, events, conferences, dinners for the CEO and update of his agenda (schedule coordination, travel arrangements, room reservations, preparation of internal and external appointments, etc.)
    • Preparation of presentations and documents for investors, banks, shareholders, etc.
    • Preparation of correspondence and other important business documents
    • Coordination of important stakeholders of the company as lawyers, auditors, shareholders, board members
    • Other related duties as assigned
    Office Management:
    • Taking care of orders (office supplies, caterings, etc.)
    • Managing the relationship to office contractors (cleaning company, landlord, etc.)
    • Organization of office meetings

    What’s in Your Bag

    • Fluent in English and Italian language, orally and written, is mandatory.
    • German language skills will be considered as a plus
    • At least 3 years of work experience as personal assistant
    • Secondary school diploma or higher
    • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Results oriented in a fast-paced working environment
    • High level of planning skills and very good analytical skills
    • Extremely organized and detail oriented

    Your Tasks

    • Represent the company as first point of contact to potential/new customers via email and phone and qualify related leads
    • Support the outside sales managers and the sales director in their region (sales demos, registering prospects, inserting data to the CRM system, organizing meetings etc.)

    • Maximize business relationships and create an environment of excellent customer service and satisfaction

  • Technical Support Engineer Europe, Printer Hardware (m/f/d) - Munich, Germany
    For our competent technical support team in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer Europe, Printer Hardware (m/f/d)

    Your Tasks

    • Support customers and partners in Europe on all Matica Desktop Printer hardware and applications
    • Provide Second level support for customers, dealers, and business partners via telephone and email
    • Responsible for card printer hardware repairs, including safety checks etc.
    • Manage hardware and spare parts returned by customers or partners for warranty claims or repairs
    • Support and organisation of technical product trainings and installations of hardware at tradeshows
    • Preparation of sample cards for trade shows and demo folders
    • Provide pre- sales support to the local sales team whenever technical assistance is required
    • Testing and documentation of equipment
    • Additional duties as required

    What’s in Your Bag

    Qualifications:
    • Completed apprenticeship in electronic engineering or comparable qualification
    • Several years of work experience as service technician for electronic goods
    • Printer industry background is considered a plus
    • Very good written and oral English language skills
    Other Skills and Abilities:
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Hands-on mentality
    • High motivation and team spirit
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be able to travel by car, train, airplane, etc. as needed
