    Your Tasks
    • Develop new Channel Partners for Matica products in North America. Assume accountability for achieving defined revenue targets. Call on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about Matica’s products/services including demonstrations and quotations
    • Enable partners to resell Matica’s identification products and successfully implement them
    • Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings
    • Analyse the partner’s business needs and provide sales analysis to Sales Director Americas thru providing sales out reports, stock reports, and regular market reports
    • Research and develop sales presentations to effectively relate Matica’s solutions to potential customers' needs. Help partners to develop business proposals for presentation to clients, assemble expertise from other departments to ensure that all technical areas are covered
    • Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding regular support
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of Matica’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond to customer requests for information
    • Leverage marketing activities/events as well as attend relevant industry events and trade shows to ensure Matica’s brand recognition within the marketplace
    • Review impact of new product releases, new product features, delivery schedules, and competitor offerings with sales personnel
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the company’s CRM system
    • Manage and ensure accurate and updated forecast

    Your Tasks
    • Develop top-of-mind awareness for the Matica brand within the industry in EMEA
    • Develop and implement marketing activities to expand Matica’s channel business in the EMEA region
    • Develop, adapt and implement regional marketing initiatives and materials, including print and web advertising (brochures, mailings etc.), customer events, internal and external communications
    • Assist in designing promotions adapted to the reality of the local EMEA markets
    • Investigate and draft case studies and success stories within the region
    • Research and interpret information on competitors, customers, market needs and industry trends to better understand and promote product positioning in the region

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation including processing requests, packing boxes, placing orders in the delivery area
    • Prepare import & export documentation
    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
    • Arrange warehouse, plan routes, and process shipments
    • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
