  • Junior Accountant (m/f/d)-Dubai, UAE
    For our Dubai team, we are looking for a Junior Accountant (m/f/d).

    Your Tasks

    • Enter and balance accounts receivable and payable on a daily basis
    • Incoming invoices: checking, account distribution, posting in the accounting system
    • Managing the timely collection of receivables for Dubai branch
    • Review and filling of purchase invoices, payment vouchers and other accounting related documents
    • Monitor payment discrepancies, refunds, returns and miscellaneous charges
    • Track deposits made to bank and handle deposit transfers
    • Maintain orderly financial filing system
    • Assemble financial data for audits
    • Compile information for tax filing
    • Performance of ad hoc analyses, reports, and reviews as requested by Finance Manager
    • Assist with other accounting projects in the office

    Qualifications:
    • First accounting work experience
    • Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS accounting procedures and principles
    • First experience with creating financial statements
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
    • Accounting software user and administration skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
    • BS degree in Accounting/or Finance relevant degree
    • Language skills: excellent oral and written English skills
    • High level of responsibility, personal initiative and commitment

    Your Tasks

    • Lead generation: Research, acquisition and recruitment of new distributors and partners in Europe via telephone and e-mail (including cold-calling)

  • Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)- Dubai, UAE
    For our logistic hub in Dubai we are looking for a full-time position as Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

    Your Tasks

    • Management and supervision of all supply chain processes within the group
    • Continuous optimization of supply chain score cards, KPIs and logistics controlling systems
    • Demand planning and procurement quantity determination for all goods and goods categories for the Group
    • Global demand, inventory management over three different regions
    • Ensuring optimal product availability, production planning, and on-time delivery through local activities and collaboration with Headquarters and international production
    • Disposition and monitoring of stock levels
    • Implementation of stock analysis & detailed evaluation of the results
    • Implementation of inventory control policies and standard procedures
    • Coordination of warehouses and freight forwarders
    • Management of international group suppliers
    • Design of intelligent, future-oriented logistics processes
    • Active monitoring of production parameters and performance in order to identify further optimization potentials in the supply chain and to implement them consistently
    • Management of product shortages
    • Interface and contact person for production/supplier control and demand planning
    • Ensuring the smooth flow of the value chain
    • Optimization of material and information flow
    • Project management in an international network

    What’s in Your Bag

    • Economics degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on SCM / Logistic processes
    • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management
    • Sound knowledge in production planning and production control, supply chain analysis, planning and management
    • Excellent written and oral English language skills (mandatory)
    • Fit to work with MS Office (especially Excel) and an ERP System. SAP Business One experience of advantage
    • Constructive and solution-oriented
    • Analytical and conceptual strength

    • Willingness to travel internationally
