To further grow our business in North America, we are looking for our office in Greenville (South Carolina, USA) for a motivated and talented: Junior Channel Sales Manager USA (m/f)
Your Tasks
- Develop new Channel Partners for Matica products in North America. Assume accountability for achieving defined revenue targets. Call on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about Matica’s products/services including demonstrations and quotations
- Enable partners to resell Matica’s identification products and successfully implement them
- Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings
- Analyse the partner’s business needs and provide sales analysis to Sales Director Americas thru providing sales out reports, stock reports, and regular market reports
- Research and develop sales presentations to effectively relate Matica’s solutions to potential customers' needs. Help partners to develop business proposals for presentation to clients, assemble expertise from other departments to ensure that all technical areas are covered
- Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding regular support
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Matica’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond to customer requests for information
- Leverage marketing activities/events as well as attend relevant industry events and trade shows to ensure Matica’s brand recognition within the marketplace
- Review impact of new product releases, new product features, delivery schedules, and competitor offerings with sales personnel
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the company’s CRM system
- Manage and ensure accurate and updated forecast

Qualifications:
- First successful sales experience in North America within the ID industry
- Ability to establish a dialogue with all levels of the client organization, including executives
- Existing relationships with decision makers in channel partners, is considered a plus
- New partner development experience
- Genuine desire to succeed in sales role
- Awareness of target markets and product offerings of competitors
- Excellent written and oral English language skills
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to finalize and execute sales
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Result-oriented and proactive self-starter with ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong service mentality to meet the client's interests at the heart of the relationship
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Work Requirements:
- Office based in Greenville (South Carolina, USA)
- Up to 70% travel and fieldwork in the region. Must be able to travel by car, train, airplane, etc. as needed
- International travel will be required, therefore employee must possess a valid passport and driver’s licence
