The Group develops, manufactures, and distributes solutions to issue identity documents such citizen identity cards, driving licenses, access control cards as well as financial cards like debit or credit cards and many other applications.     To further grow our business in North America, we are looking for our office in Minneapolis (Minnesota, USA) for a motivated and talented: Junior Channel Sales Manager USA (m/f)

    Your Tasks
    • Develop new Channel Partners for Matica products in North America. Assume accountability for achieving defined revenue targets. Call on existing and potential clients to identify their current or perspective needs and provide information about Matica’s products/services including demonstrations and quotations
    • Enable partners to resell Matica’s identification products and successfully implement them
    • Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings
    • Analyse the partner’s business needs and provide sales analysis to Sales Director Americas thru providing sales out reports, stock reports, and regular market reports
    • Research and develop sales presentations to effectively relate Matica’s solutions to potential customers' needs. Help partners to develop business proposals for presentation to clients, assemble expertise from other departments to ensure that all technical areas are covered
    • Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding regular support
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of Matica’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond to customer requests for information
    • Leverage marketing activities/events as well as attend relevant industry events and trade shows to ensure Matica’s brand recognition within the marketplace
    • Review impact of new product releases, new product features, delivery schedules, and competitor offerings with sales personnel
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the company’s CRM system
    • Manage and ensure accurate and updated forecast

    • First successful sales experience in North America within the ID industry
    • Ability to establish a dialogue with all levels of the client organization, including executives
    • Existing relationships with decision makers in channel partners, is considered a plus

    • Awareness of target markets and product offerings of competitors
    • Excellent written and oral English language skills
    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to finalize and execute sales
    • Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers

    • Consult with partners to analyse and understand their customer’s business needs and determine which of Matica’s products and services best fit their requirements
    • Develop and implement channel and distribution strategies for the region that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support

    B2B Lead Generation Specialist, Europe (m/f/d) – Barcelona, Spain

    Your Tasks
    • Actively doing market research through all the different vertical markets we target
    • Review, contact and prequalify potential leads
    • Call new leads derived from lists, referrals and marketing programs
    • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
    • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
    • Set appointments for Sales Managers or Sales Directors for program discussion and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads
    • Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments
    • Use SAP/CRM to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the area and enter all incoming leads into our CRM system.
    • Pass the leads to sales and follow up with the sales team
    • Provide feedback to others in department related to prospect information share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs
    • Assist on assigning leads to our channel
    • Working actively with marketing in creating multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Support our channel partners and distribution network

    • Ideally 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position
    • Initial experience in B2B marketing or in the card printing business is considered a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Friendly, can-do attitude
    • Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
    • Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
    • Self-confidence
    • Competitive person who also has a team attitude
    • Fast, motivated learner who can adapt to change
    • English language skills at native speaker level
    • Additional languages like French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch are a plus
    • Experience in working with CRM tools like MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce or SAP Business One
    • Familiarity with MailChimp, Constant Contact or other email marketing tools is a plus
    • Profound knowledge of using MS Office
    • Proactive and accurate working style
