  • Sales Manager Desktop Solutions, Indonesia (m/f/d) - Indonesia
    For our competent sales team in South East Asia, we are looking for a Sales Manager Desktop Solutions, Indonesia (m/f/d).

    Your Tasks

    • Enable partners to resell Matica’s card security solutions
    • Develop and implement channel and distribution strategies for the region together with the senior management to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • Develop channel partners for Matica solutions in Indonesia. Assume accountability for achieving defined revenue targets
    • Consult with partners to analyse and understand their customer’s business needs and determine which of Matica’s products and services best fit their requirements
    • Grow the reseller base through opening new leads and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular reseller meetings
    • Research and develop sales presentations to effectively relate Matica’s solutions to potential customers' needs. Help partners to develop business proposals for presentation to clients, assemble expertise from other departments to ensure that all technical areas are covered
    • Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of Matica’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond to customer requests for information
    • Leverage marketing activities/events as well as attending relevant industry events and trade shows to ensure Matica brand recognition within the marketplace
    • Review impact of new product releases, new product features, delivery schedules, and competitor offerings with sales personnel
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings and sales activities thru sales report forms
    • Manage and ensure accurate and updated forecasts

    Qualifications:
    • Successful sales experience in Indonesia within in the desktop printer industry
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to establish a dialogue with all levels of the client organization, including executives
    • Existing relationships with decision makers in channel partners in Indonesia
    • Genuine desire to succeed in sales role
    • Awareness of target markets and product offerings of competitors
    • Excellent written and oral Indonesian language skills
    • Excellent written and oral English language skills
    • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
    • Very good presentation skills
    • Strong service mentality to meet the client's interests at the heart of the relationship
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
      Work Requirements:
    • Home office based in Indonesia
    • Permit to live and work in Indonesia
    • Up to 70% travel and fieldwork in Indonesia. Must be able to travel by car, train, airplane, etc. as needed
    • International travel will be required from time to time, therefore employee must possess a valid passport

  • Personal Assistant to the CEO (m/f/d) - Munich, Germany

    Your Tasks

    Personal Assistance:
    • Perform confidential personal functions including calendaring, preparing expense reports, record keeping, filing, running personal errands and attending to personal business
    • Organization of meetings, travels, events, conferences, dinners for the CEO and update of his agenda (schedule coordination, travel arrangements, room reservations, preparation of internal and external appointments, etc.)
    • Preparation of presentations and documents for investors, banks, shareholders, etc.
    • Preparation of correspondence and other important business documents
    • Coordination of important stakeholders of the company as lawyers, auditors, shareholders, board members
    • Other related duties as assigned
    Office Management:
    • Taking care of orders (office supplies, caterings, etc.)
    • Managing the relationship to office contractors (cleaning company, landlord, etc.)
    • Organization of office meetings

    What’s in Your Bag

    • Fluent in English and Italian language, orally and written, is mandatory.
    • German language skills will be considered as a plus
    • At least 3 years of work experience as personal assistant
    • Secondary school diploma or higher
    • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

    Your Tasks

    • Represent the company as first point of contact to potential/new customers via email and phone and qualify related leads
    • Support the outside sales managers and the sales director in their region (sales demos, registering prospects, inserting data to the CRM system, organizing meetings etc.)

    • Maximize business relationships and create an environment of excellent customer service and satisfaction
