ATM Cards Cards On The Spot offers blank white stock with a 3-track high-coercivity magnetic stripe (no EMV chip). Pre-printed Cards Most Cards On The Spot clients use branded (Visa or Mastercard) or blank flat cards. Our solution allows you to offer your cardholders an unlimited number of card designs per BIN.  We use high-definition, over-the-edge printers to give you photo quality cards. Some clients, however, prefer to issue pre-printed cards.
