Optional built-in and external modules for maximum flexibility

The PACS600 is customizable according to your individual requirements. Both internal and external modules can be added to configure this printer to suit its usage. Since sophisticated ID card applications normally require personalization on both sides of the card, the standard model already comes equipped for duplex printing, thanks to the factory built-in flipper module. A 200-card feeder (for cards with a standard thickness of 0.029 in) is similarly integrated. Further options include a bend remedy unit and a number of encoding modules. The former can be added to correct card bend after processing. A contact or contactless chip encoder, as well as a magnetic stripe writer are available as the encoding options. Moreover, PACS600 can be connected to single or double-sided lamination modules (Matica’s ILM-LS or ILM-DS) to increase the durability and tamper-resistance of your cards.
