Greenville, USA, 26 March, 2019 – Matica will present the ‘MC-LX’ to delegates at ICMA’s Card Manufacturing & Personalization EXPO 2019 between 31 March to 3 April at the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate in Florida. Matica will be on stand 202.

Showcased in public for the first time, Matica will introduce visitors to its new third generation of desktop laser, the ‘MC-LX’, where it will also be live demo’ed. Delegates are encouraged to check out this technology that’s being brought out of in-house R&D as an exclusive to ICMA 2019 Expo.

The ‘MC-LX’ is a fiber laser that creates a broad range of Secure Visual Elements (SVE), such as CLI and MLI. Other highlights include ‘Out-Of-Focus’ and the new card path. This solution is perfect for secure issuance including access control, staff ID, government national identification and driver licenses.

Sitting next to the ‘MC-LX’ on stand 202 is Matica’s S3300e and S5200G, both of which are available for live demonstrations.

The professional mid-volume card printer, S5200G, is an industrial card printer for fast-paced and demanding production environments, such as governmental or financial agencies. It’s ideal for the issuance of mid-volume batches for membership, employee ID, financial and loyalty cards.

Last year’s successful S3300e is an embosser for financial instant issuance. Noted for its ease-of-use with its compact size letting it fit elegantly into any environment. It can also be easily integrated into a secure vault for restricted access. Its capacity to instantly issue embossed credit pre-printed cards at branch level has grown its global reputation as best-in-class.
